Terms of Use

By using Journelixa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application. Mandatory terms of the store through which you obtained the app prevail where they conflict with these Terms.

1. Account and security

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your credentials and journal PIN. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized use. You may not use the app without parental authorization if you are below the applicable age of digital consent.

2. Your content and acceptable use

You retain rights to your journal and notebook content. You grant Journelixa the limited permission needed to process, synchronize, back up, and export that content for you. You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, harmful code, disruption, or unauthorized access.

3. Premium subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play and may renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the selected period. Price, billing period, trial, and current offer are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel through your store account. Cancellation normally takes effect after the current paid period; refunds are governed by the store and applicable law. RevenueCat is used for payment verification and subscription management.

4. Health disclaimer

Journelixa is a journaling and personal-awareness tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or professional healthcare advice and is not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment. Contact local emergency services in an emergency and a qualified professional for health concerns.

5. Service, intellectual property, and liability

The Journelixa name, design, software, and supplied content belong to their respective rights holders. Features may change or become temporarily unavailable for security, maintenance, or improvement. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without guarantees beyond mandatory law. Export important records regularly.

6. Termination, changes, and contact

You may delete your account at any time. Access may be restricted for a serious breach, security risk, or legal requirement. We will update the effective date and provide appropriate notice of material changes. For questions, use the developer support contact published on the App Store or Google Play listing.
